First of all, it’s a viewing platform about 100 metres above Berlin, which can be reached by the fastest lift in Europe. In addition to the magnificent view, there is an open-air exhibition “BERLINER BLICKE auf den Potsdamer Platz” (BERLIN VIEWS OF POTSDAMER PLATZ), which leads around the building on the 24th floor. The exhibition focuses on the eventful past of one of the world’s most popular squares.
You can also indulge in selected coffee and cake specialties in our completely glazed PANORAMA CAFÉ. On the 25th floor you can enjoy the sun at its best on the sun deck.

Children up to 6 years of age are admitted free of charge. From the age of 6, a reduced ticket can be purchased for 7.00 €.
NO, the entrance fee includes the lift ascent AND the visit to the exhibition as well as access to the café.
No waiting time at the LIFT. The vouchers/booking confirmations must first be exchanged for the lift tickets at the ticket office.
Yes. On site you can pay cash, with EC or credit card.
All tickets are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

When buying coffee and cake packages, a table reservation is possible on request in advance.

Yes, they are but for safety reasons a maximum of 3 wheelchair users are allowed on the platform simultaneously.
Prerequisite: well-behaved/small dogs that can be taken on the arms if necessary/larger dogs only with a muzzle.
