We want the “World’s highest piece of the Wall on a Building”! That’s why we have flown an original piece of the Berlin Wall (from the Invalidenstraße-Brandenburger Tor, Potsdamer Platz section) to the 24th floor of the Kollhoff Tower with the help of a helicopter. At a height of 100 metres, it completes the unique open-air exhibition “BERLINER BLICKE auf den Potsdamer Platz” (BERLIN VIEWS of Potsdamer Platz), which was opened with this spectacular event.

Civil rights activist and former German President Joachim Gauck took over the sponsorship of the piece of the Wall and opened the exhibition as guest of honour together with Paul Heinen, managing director of Panorama Punkt GmbH.
